Congratulations to our B Champion and Beveridge Cup winner David Whitley who triumphed 3&1 over James D Marshall. David overturned a 5 hole deficit early in the 2nd round to win 3&1. Commiserations to James.

Congratulations to our new Club Champion - James Scougall Jnr who overcame a 2 hole deficit at the end of the first round to triumph 3&2 over defending champion Scott Michie. Commiserations to Scott.

Our Club Championship semi-finals are complete.

In the A Championship (Montgomery Cup) James Scougall turned around a 1 hole deficit over the last few holes to beat Jamie Arthur 2up. This sets up a repeat of last year’s final against defending champion Scott Michie.

In the B Championship (Beveridge Cup) James D Marshall triumphed over defending champion Colin Wilks. In the other semi-final, David Whitley overcame last year’s runner up Robert Irvine.

We have our first finalist in the A Championship. Multiple Winner and defending champion Scott Michie emerged with a hard fought 2&1 victory over Cameron Wallace. The other semi final is tight and is all square after 16 holes.

We got our 2023 golf season underway with the traditional Captain vs Vice Captain 4 Ball Better Ball competition. 116 members took part and the captain’s team delivered a comfortable 18.5 to 10.5 win. The day finished with a an excellent Karaoke session in the clubhouse.

Congratulations to Scott Hunter who successfully retained the B Championship (Beveridge cup).

Scott proved too strong for Pete Hastie racing to a 5 up lead at the end of the morning round. He then held off Pete as he tried to battle back closing out the final 7&6.

Some top golf on display as Thomas took a 5 up lead in the morning round thanks to a birdie blitz and a 5under round

Andy Jackson battled back in the afternoon with his own birdie blitz but Thomas held out for a 4&3 win
