@christufton Is there any short term plan for CRH’s A&E area? There is a makeshift space being used currently which is substandard by any measure. I had to be there on May 1st and we who had been admitted into the area did not deserve that experience.

Case in point re need for JDs. W/out it KPIs becomes subjective. My impression of this statement is once you are taking all calls and answering all emails it translates to doing ‘well’. So, in other words being an effective cust service rep! Let’s peg salary against that then.

What’s the metric for this… are we using cxc passes?.. literacy rate?? .. is it a combination? Is the % a function of all grade levels? Are there degrees of performance and failure is the worst case? @yooneedmorejodi can we get some info on this for the programme?
