An update on my sentence is the crown reduced their demand to two and a half years and they drew a good judge.

My lawyers say I will receive time served or at most a couple more weeks.

My trial date is June 18th p.m. in Newmarket.

The jail later fucked up and called my mom and said I was being sent home in a cab and the charges dropped.

She reached out to my lawyers to thank them and they said they knew nothing about this.

Turns out the jail was in error cuz they didn't receive a certain paperwork and they goofed up. Trial date will be JUNE 18TH.

insecure direct object reference, cross site scripting, lack of HttpOnly (Thx P3, made it easy to social engineer for your cookies B3), lack of ratelimiting, lack of encryption (despite claiming their two-way chats are encrypted), lack of authentication on sensitive pages. No joke, I sent over 8 million requests pulling all their data and didn't encounter any issues whatsoever.

an update on my case

i am still in jail and have been moved to gen pop which is fucking annoying

my opportunities to make calls has been seriously limited

the judge of my case is hard on crime and wont budge on a 3 year sentence

my lawyers are escalating the case to the superior court where they'll challenge this sentence

i havent been sentenced yet or even put on trial because on the 20th my lawyers opted for a judge and jury trial

the next significant date is MAY 19TH which will be when my pretrial is

on this day my lawyers and the judge will negotiate on the outcome of my case

if negotiations are successful, that will be the end of this and if not then my case goes to a jury trial
