Do you think the Tate brothers strategically decided that one was going to be Muslim and one was going to be Christian so they have access to more people….as I ask this of course they did.
Christianity and Islam are the 2 largest religions. 🤦 they playing chess not checkers @Cobratate@TateTheTalisman playing life like a game of chess. Your father taught you well. How much is enough before you repent and come out behind the smoke and mirrors? How much money and attention does one need. Generational wealth creates weak men. So if that is the reason you aren’t doing your future kids favors with that excuse. I’m sure you both are having a blast though 🤣
You don't have a motivation problem.
You have a clarity problem.
When you know exactly who you're trying to become, motivation becomes irrelevant.
Identity drives action.
Day 3 of the fast! Still have a lot to improve on but I am starting to like the way my body is heading!! A lot of work left to do 💪
Looking forward to refueling and getting locked back in to training. Will be nice to operate with energy again 🤣 #fasting#health#fitness
(I have lost 40 pounds this last year that I had gained as a result of an unhealthy mindset and lifestyle. I feel the best I ever have in my life at 34. The human condition can be sad..but we are also resilient! Get back after it!)
I think it’s a natural progression to integrate calisthenics into the routine as you get older but still pick up heavy weights maybe less frequently than in your 20’s but still on a regular basis.
I’m in my 30’s and I’m the strongest I have ever been. Most of my training right now is calisthenics with and without a powerplate with a mixture of traditional heavy lifts. I have fallen in love with calisthenics in recent years. I always knew the power of it but now I’m living it. Muscle ups and burpees get you jacked. I want to start experimenting with kettle bells. Anyone have advice on them?
That sounds like a really awful experience. I’m sorry that happened. I hope it gives others motivation to be healthy and lose weight. Being the best version of yourself is the most attractive. When I was heavy I was always tired, joints hurt, and it made me grumpy but worst of all I put bad things in my body and it clouded my mind. Being overweight is unhealthy but a personal battle that shouldn’t be mocked. For me it was a sign I needed help and I was mentally struggling as well. Pairs with depression personally speaking
