@cvspharmacy I’ve sent you DMs over the last 6 months in which nothing was done. I have been on 4 way calls with my dr, CVS, my insurance and the script line. There have been faxes, emails and in person visits pleading. The disregard for customer time and human rights is appalling.

2+ hours this morning, my birthday, begging and in tears trying to get birth control from @cvspharmacy @CVSHealth. I was told I would need to pay out of pocket $200 or to go to planned parenthood. I have a PPO and high risk. Truly what is happening.
