@policybazaar @Policybazaar You say this is being “actively worked on.” Does that mean simply dropping an email to ICICI Lombard and asking the customer to wait until Monday? Why not escalate and directly push for a quick resolution? This is your process issue, yet the customer is left waiting

Booked via IRCTC app using UPI. Tkt got auto-cancelled after chart prep as it stayed waitlisted.

Paid ₹1293, but refund is only ₹1205. Nearly ₹89 deducted though tkt was never confirmed and I never travelled.

Why deductions on auto-cancelled waitlisted tkts?
