@Swiggy Stop scamming people with instant 20min delivery option for extra 20rs. I never opts for it coz I’ve had experience before where the delivery was delayed beyond eternity. Opted today by mistake. Story remains same, order delayed beyond 30mins. Have some shame looters.

Ordered from Burger King Thrissur while travelling in train (details in photos). Spilled Chai coz of careless packaging. Almost 1/2 of the chai got spilled and it spoilt the burger ordered along with it.

I’m not expecting you guys to give a feedback to the restaurant. Being a gold customer and frequent user I’m just pissed at the response I got from @zomatocare instead of a refund. I’m anxious now that I might get food poisoning. If I get infected I’ll hold @zomato responsible.
Ordered this from Urula Restaurant, Kakkanad via Zomato. The chicken was stale af. Stopped eating midway. But @zomato@zomatocare wants the customer to wait for 24hrs to rectify the issue or to give a compensation. Horrible service.

Why do you guys commit if you can’t deliver. There has been multiple instances where the cs person commits that service person will visit before eod. I mean is this a joke? I said at home expecting the person to call or visit and nobody turns up.

My RO filter has been displaying red light with warning sounds. Raised a service request on 28th June. No response from the service team even after multiple calls to customer care. Used to get repeated calls before AMC purchase. Horrendous experience.
@EurekaForbes The customer service team is even irrecoverably senseless. Every time I call they say the service guy will visit you before eod. Nobody turns up. I mean what the actual fish. Just give a solid time atleast or a call back so that I can plan my day. (1/2)
