Terrible experience with @GoAir and customers are fooled by @GoAir.
Due to unknown technical issue flight cancelled by goair which was informed 3 am midnight when everyone was sleeping.Nobody from goair staff shown courtesy  to arrange another alt flight.#poorcustomerservice

Similar happened to me @goairlinesindia should take responsibility and give not only full refund but bare other expenses too.

Worst service by @goairlinesindia .Informed customers about cancellation of flight from port Blair at 3am.We came 9hrs late at home by managing own expenses and no help provided by airline staff. No ack about loss caused due to this.#poorcustomerservice .
