Support tickets don’t get answered, phone calls get nowhere, and all we’ve achieved was a nothing-burger from Clyde and a snarky “Hellooooo?” voicemail message from Howard Graves.

@BUGJUICE2016 Take another look at what was stated. They made a quick add to their TOS and then did not edit it in time. The artist said it was actually fine and saying otherwise was a mistake, but simply because the mistake was made they decided to cancel commission.
