Just months ago:
“We’re gonna see like 4 rate cuts this year!”
Nobody knows what’s going to happen.
If you’re making investment decisions because you’re sure of what is going to happen next - I’d recommend just doing those betting app things.
At least you’ll be a bit entertained on your way to losing money.
You don’t have a crystal ball. And neither does that really smart looking dude on TV who knows exactly what to say on camera.
I promise he goes home unsure if his predictions really have any merit at all.
@dig_deeper1 No tip if it’s not a sit down service experience and if we’re sitting down and I’m unable to keep my kids destroying the restaurant 40% tip 🤣
PMs that don’t own 🏘️ don’t think like an owner and will ruin your portfolio’s performance. They like turnover because it generates commissions or consider it a smaller headache for them than chasing rents. They happily let you pay thousands in turn $ to avoid making a phone call
@sweatystartup Had one in my 20s that I had “well trained”and he ripped a girls chin off. $40k lawsuit kind of lesson. I did all the right things to get his energy out etc. just bad dogs plain and simple
@theficouple@DanBilzerian People will have bigger families and treat them better. Thats how. When you know you’ll be old or injured someday you do your best to keep the bonds that matter. Those systems disincentivize family and financial planning. All taxation is theft.
One lesson I've taken away from reading a ton of business biographies:
Spending ages 18-22 screwing around (like I did!) has very high opportunity cost
@TennisonEddie Nah but I probably will next time I have a liquidity event. Doesn’t really bother me because the interest is low and I used it to buy real estate
