@trainfanmatt You see this at Chester, the Class 805's using platform 1?? All WCML trains would go to Holyhead, not all do now and they used to be 10 or 13 carriages!! We've gone backwards!!
@SirAnthonygsk0 My Nanny, Margaret Chester would be a 116 now, born in 1914 and sadly died in 2007. You would have stayed at her hotel in Llandod, The Mainstone!!
@LeeRender I'll really shocked by this, my condolences to his family!! We would often discuss railways and trains etc, what a wonderful man he was โค๏ธ
@BenGrahamUK You clearly don't know your history, doesn't happen. The late Queen didn't do it, the King doesn't do it.. for 800 years Maundy Money is given. Did you go on a Pilgrimage to St Asaph, North Wales yesterday? No, I doubt it!! Church service at all over Easter? Happy Easter!!
@Mr_Husky1 My liege, thank you!! Thank you to you all, very few of us would be here if you had not stepped up. You had NO choice, but you did it anyway. We will never be able to thank you enough.. A hero to us all, some of us do care โค๏ธ
@AdamJH1982@AvantiWestCoast Lucy sort this out please, I regularly travel from Chester to London rtn and book my seat as I have a stoma. Every journey your staff say sit anywhere as the system is broken no I want the seat I booked please!! They are new trains!! It's an Evero BTW!!
@ukrailadventure May I just say you are doing a wonderful job, I didn't have this relationship with my father but had two uncles that did the same as you. I think I've turned out ok, I have amazing memories and learnt so much. I do it with my nephew, his face lights up when he sees a train!!
@brodawel@MatthewLumby@ShitChester@transport_wales And having been born and my family still farm and work around Llandrindod, HS2 is a good thing if you live in Mid Wales, when getting to Scotland, London and Europe!! When getting on a train in Llandrindod, do you go south or north?
@brodawel@MatthewLumby@ShitChester@transport_wales You clearly don't travel by train, this is a great thing for Chester Railway Station, all buses and trains, boards and announcements are in English and Welsh, even Avanti when leaving London Euston for Holyhead, its in Welsh first then English. What more do you want?
