I'll be speaking this coming weekend at the Ready Answers conference, Oct. 17-18, in Sault Ste Marie on the topic, 'Is Genesis 1-3 Compatible with Modern Science??' I'll be speaking from my perspective as a scientist and Christian - it will be fascinating. https://t.co/IVNcEQmrYX
@DeutschExplains I distinguish between axioms we make up, and the fundamental axioms which govern nature, as well as logic and mathematics (e.g., law of non-contradiction). Of course, we cannot prove them without using them in our proof - an indication we are dealing with a foundational axiom.
Starting up our YouTube livestream for the fall. Today it will be at 12 noon EDT or 4pm GMT. Sheldon and I will look at Charlie Kirk's murder and what it implies - possibly for even us as individuals. https://t.co/4DLse6DsNf #CharlieKirk#Charlie
My next online article is up. It might be a surprise, given that I am a scientist, with a Ph.D. in Biophysics and papers in peer-reviewed science journals, but here it is 'How Darwinism Became a Pseudoscience'. https://t.co/wMICqLWMu4 #darwinism#evolution#pseudoscience
My YouTube livestream topic today is free will. If you freely decide to, you can watch and comment live at 1pm EDT/5pm GMT (or later as well - if you freely decide to) at https://t.co/3hbIy1UBC0 #freewill#determinism#libertarianism
Live stream beginning in a few minutes at 12 pm EDT (4 pm GMT) "How should we interpret the Bible?" There are some pretty crazy interpretations when the basic rules are tossed, so what are the basic rules? https://t.co/8YGPLn9Sxh #bibleexploration#bibleword
Here's a short video (3:19) I made of a high school student explaining the logical implications of the origin of nature. https://t.co/1VfZmHCndg

My latest article is up. As my father reached the final days of his life, he made the most powerful statement of his life, and I can't forget it. #LifeLessons#EndOfLifeRegrets#LastWords https://t.co/eVgb1vQ62V
Doing a livestream discussion today on the news article this morning talking about the building blocks of life found on the asteroid Bennu. 3 pm EST/8 pm GMT. https://t.co/qcs0zqx5hU #Alienlife#Bennu
Here is a video I made responding to Alex O'Connor's critique of Wes Huff where, in an ironic turn of events, O'Connor makes an obviously false claim. #AlexOconnor#Weshuff#BartEhrman
I often encounter people who take refuge in some level of skepticism, especially if the evidence or arguments start pointing toward God. This raises the question of whether one's skepticism is rationally justified. https://t.co/zUBCO5wS0t #skeptics#knowing#justifiedbelief
Atheists Alex O'Connor and Joe Folley have an interesting discussion of where the laws of logic come from since it appears that they are 'real' but immaterial. Here is a short response. https://t.co/Z6UZOLmPbx #@unsolicitedadvice9198 #cosmicskeptic #@AlexOConnorClips
Livestream today, Nov. 7, at 1 pm Eastern Time (4 pm GMT) on the topic of pseudo-conversions and pseudo-Chirstianity. https://t.co/lOxbzHHCM9 #ThursdayMotivation#ReligiousConversion
