Had a weird experience on @AmericanAir last night (CLT>PDX). I had attempted to use the latrine in 1st class and was turned back by the male flight attendant. 99% of the flights I've been on they don't say anything if it is available.

Normally the Flight Attendant's are very friendly and welcoming.

He definitely appeared to have a grudge against me. It was very threatening and I felt very uncomfortable. I will always remember that experience.
This was an unacceptable customer experience and reflects poorly on your airline.
