It’s something that really needs tackling. An effective consultant team is world changing. They aren’t used to being challenged. I’ve worked with some great ones and others who believe they are beyond being challenged

@ShaunLintern The HRG cost before NHS incentivises or decentivises each procedure to set the tariff. You need the averages from final submission. Central NHS does have this. Not sure if FOI applies. Makes a massive difference to cost if an Op is done in a shed or PFI
