We accord certain rights to the president of the executive branch but it isn't to be more powerful then the other two branches. The purpose is ✅ & balance

The difference between ICE and military. An ICE agent is an employee. They can say fuck this shit and walk away. It's 100% their choice. They are not going AWOL. There is no disciplinary action.
So in other words if an ICE agent says he was "just following orders", call 🐂💩.
