@CougarClub_BYU is a scam. The mugs were only available to a subset of the members. I sent multiple emails to them regarding this. They refuse to acknowledge and apologize for their thoughtless rollout of these mugs. They just don’t care. They won’t respond to my emails. When I spoken to them at the game on Saturday, they told me to call them on Tuesday. No response. They did ask for an additional $10k though.

Imagine how much money they could have made if they would have rolled out the mugs to all of their members. Thoughtless rollout.

Happy that you don’t have to wait in the concession line. I will be in that line to buy my $9 drink for the rest of the season. You got to spend $35 on a mug. I get to donate to the Cougar Club plus spend $63 on drinks this season.

@GBSHansO @JoshWeier5 The block Y with the Cougar is my favorite logo. I want Nike to do a royal hat with that logo. It sold out fast last year and I thought they would do it again. For those with influence, the fans want it.

One of my biggest complaints with @ChickfilA is how often my orders are incorrect. Wrong eggs, no cheese, even no chicken on the biscuit once. Today was no cheese and it was a drive-through order, 🤦🏻‍♂️. @innoutburger gets it right 💯. CFA should learn how they do it so well!

@bdfagan How much money they could’ve made if they would have produced enough cougar club cups, and sold them for $30? They left so many of us out in the cold because it was so poorly orchestrated. I even reached out to them and was basically told sorry not sorry.

@davidjsmith1232 I just wanted my mug, which was impossible to purchase because I was on vacation. And when I explained my situation @CougarClub_BYU brushed me off. Yet I give them money and they send me an email a couple months asking for a $10K donation. They want our money but not the fans. 🙄
