A bill of ₹44,000 has been raised where our usual bill per cycle is ₹600–700. No AC usage. Multiple written complaints submitted, yet no resolution—only pressure and threats of disconnection.

A revised bill from 2023 is produced claiming reading is recorded wrong.For the size of our house and without AC.A usage of 1048 units per cycle is practically not possible.We are pressured to pay anyway, saying the person responsible will be dealt officially.
