@JioCare As you confirmed this is an advance rental plan. I already paid the previous bill, while the service was suspended throughout July. What is the basis for the ₹273.61 46% charge when my monthly rental is 599? Pls provide the exact billing period and calculation.

July full month service was suspended with no usage.On 19 Aug I recharged 706 yet I’m now asked to pay another 279.Customer care gives different explanations advance rental, prepaid bundle offer. Why 279? What does 706 cover? Pls provide clear bill breakup& resolve this.

@JioCare Your explanation earlier claim that JioFiber is an advance rent product. If 706.82 was paid as advance rent how can another bill be generated for the same period and payment demanded again? My service was stopd throughout July. My plan rental is 599how is 273.61 for just 2 days?

@JioCare Thanks for the clarification. However, my concern is still unresolved. Please explain the exact breakup of ₹706 paid on 19 Aug and why an additional ₹279 is now payable. Also clarify how July’s suspended/no-usage period was treated in billing. Please provide the bill-wise calcu

@MSEDCL meter check karna aaye the or meter lekar chale gaye bina dusra meter la gya wo bhi power supply restore kiya bina . Bina information ke pariwar ko andhre chhor gya chhote bacche hai ghar mein.

The meter was replaced while I was away in my native village. Was my consent obtained before replacing it? I was not present at home and I have travel tickets as proof. Kindly explain band ghar ke bill? @jagograhakjago
