@PiyushGoyal @RailMinIndia 22476 train scheduled arrival time at Udupi - 11:38 PM. It is 12:41 AM and there is no sign of the train. This is only one example. Can't get any worse than this. Minimum delay is 1 hour for every train lately. Great Indian Railway time!! Good job!

Looks like they don't care and have zero regard towards the safety of their customers. I have had a couple of instances myself where even after telling them the issue they don't fix it.
