DAY 18 — A Small Win, But It Actually Meant Something

Day 18 of building theCosmic, and today something small happened… but it hit different.

I was talking to a founder today.
Not someone famous.
Not someone with 100k followers.
Just a normal builder, like me.
But he listened to what I’m building and said:

“Bro, I thought this would cost 5k minimum.”

And for a moment, all the doubt from the last 10 days… paused.

Because the truth is — the last few days have been rough.
Messaging founders, getting seen-zoned, getting “interested bro” and then silence, people saying “maybe later,” struggling to fill seats, trying to hold things together for the next session with Ravi Handa.

It’s been slow.
It’s been annoying.
It’s been me refreshing my DMs like an idiot hoping someone replies.

But today, in that conversation, I felt something different.
Someone actually got it.
He understood what I’m trying to build — a small space where early founders can learn from operators who’ve actually built stuff, not fake “mentors,” not motivational speakers.

And he even showed genuine interest.
Not the “bro, I’ll see” type.
Actual interest.

It reminded me why I started this.
Why I kept reaching out.
Why I kept posting.
Why I kept pushing even when it felt useless.

Because sometimes one real conversation gives you more clarity than 20 empty replies.

And yes, I still have only a few paid founders right now.
Yes, I’m still figuring out how to fill this session.
Yes, it's still hard.

But today made me feel like I’m not building nonsense.
