Sir i ordered a ipad from Flipkart but what kind of monopoly is here by Ekart have cancelled my order.Even didn't follow the sop on my request. (FMPP0961865981)No one taking the complain in I'm writting to you sadly to resolve my issue.

Ekart Tid-FMPP0961865981 by an exchange of a phone whose exchange price is Rs-2550,the quality check got fail so i agreed to pay the exchange value Rs2550.but Ekart is recruiting donkeys doesn't know SOP canceled my order & demanded cash as well as old phone.

@flipkartsupport If a product fail exchange varification then customer can pay the exchange value and can receive the shipment.
