Indian government should cut 40% of their business with Oracle. Ministry of Corporate affairs, ministry of railways, agriculture all work with Oracle. The company just laid off 12,000 Indian employees meanwhile Indian government is paying them a lot for their business. The government is sleeping and we want it to make it an election issue.
If you can’t protect our jobs, you can’t protect your kursi (power), as clear and transactional as that. Indian government must stop business with oracle or force them to roll back their layoff decision.

Our demands are very clear
1. Come up with job transition policies.
2. Quota based layoffs: Companies can’t lay off more than 5% of their workforces in any financial year, if they do so, they will have to hire equal no. of employees in next 2 months on similar salary and give one year of compensation to the affected employees.
3. Come up with upskilling incentives
4. Incentivize SMEs to train their employees on new developments to become competitive.
5. Urge the GOI and state governments to cut 40% of their business with oracle.

I have attached a video and two images in this post below. This sums up the entire Delhi Elections and 10 years of politics of AAP in Delhi. In the video, Congress leader Ajay Maken, can be found saying that AAP refused the offer of alliance in Haryana when they were offered 4 seats and didn't even give a chance to Congress to discuss their demands of 6 seats. Kejriwal came out of Jail the same night and announced that AAP will field candidates on all 90 seats. AAP also rejected the possibility of any alliance with Congress in Delhi Elections (Can be seen in Second picture below.) Kejriwal's poltical immaturity blended with his ego and miscalculation of his and RG's popularity has taken a toll on his political career. Not to forget his role in Gujarat and Goa elections where he successfully helped BJP to come to power. According to some whispers in the political circles, BJP had funded both of AAP and TMC in Goa elections to hack the vote bank of congress. Now AAP, which was formed in fluke is set to disappear in fluke.
The third picture is more than a decade old when the biggest fraud movement of this country - India against Corruption was being planned in the office of Vivekanand International Foundation where both Arvind Kejriwal and Anna Hazare can be seen sitting together and strategizing the India against corruption movement with BJP leaders. Anna's resentment on Kejriwal is precisely due to the reason that Kejriwal saw the opportunity to hack this movement away from the hands of BJP and form a government in Delhi and kicked BJP out of this game plan which was hatched on the directions of tall BJP/ RSS leaders who can be seen in the picture. (Diverting away, Modi was nowhere in this plan and Modi turned this entire movement in his favor and kicked out people like Advani and silenced other leaders just like Kejriwal did after getting the power. Politics is a corrupt game.)
If congress has to be blamed for the defeat of AAP and victory of BJP in Delhi then who has to be blamed for the defeat of UPA govt. in 2014 and bringing a monumentally corrupt, communal and inefficient BJP to power in 2014? Its essentially these two guys - KEJRIWAL and ANNA HAZARE.
If it takes you a decade to decode the a dirty conspiracy and understand the real face of corrupt and opportunist people then you lack the political acumen my friend. Open up your eyes and see clearly. What congress has done today should have been done in last Delhi elections, this would have perhaps saved Punjab from getting into the hands of this opportunist party which is devoid of any ideology.
