Doing this makes it very hard for ur opponent to score OP Trivela/Finesse goals. It is a direct counter to these shots and that's why this way of moving the goalkeeper is very underrated!

Perform this by quickly tapping Triangle/Y twice. make sure to stay alert, and look out for moments where ur opponent might be setting up a Trivela/Finesse shot
