@Icelandair Went from a JNU to SEA, SEA to KEF, KEF to LHR by 1110 on the 20th, to a flight @AlaskaAir had to find for me departing half a day later from JNU to SEA to apparently now PHX to JFK then finally LHR on the 21st. Thanks for the literal nightmare flight I have now. Never again 3.

@Icelandair Booked flight months ago. Already flying from Alaska to UK. Already horrendously long trip. Got a call 30 min ago. Was suppose to fly by 7:50am. Now I’m delayed by a day. AND alaska airlines can’t even find me to check me in because YOUR people have messed up the new booking. 1.
