How are you going to rectify this @VodafoneUK ? I need answers. And broadband. And a way to speak to a person in your impenetrable customer service system.
@VodafoneUK have just failed to turn up to install my broadband for the second time. I’ve now been without broadband for 2&1/2 weeks. I was assured it wouldn’t happen again. Appalling service. Under no circumstances take out a contract with them. And awful customer service too.
@VodafoneUK what are you going to do about this? My broadband was scheduled to start today. No engineer showed up. I have spent hours on tour chatbots and you told me it would be rearranged. This hasn’t happened. Now I’m told you cannot supply service to my address. 1/2
