@Dyson I have never received such bad customer service as I have since I bought my last Dyson vacuum. It has been repaired twice, come back once more damaged than when it left & now gone for yet another repair & I am told that it wasn’t collected when it was. You have lost it!!

@marksandspencer why is your Alton store not still open at 1855 when the signs say it closes at 1900? Photo taken at 1857 having tried to see in both entry doors and with no one in the store whatsoever so it’s not just happened

@BelkinCares am so so disappointed at your Customer Service. Having been on the live chat and phone calls numerous times, my issue is STILL not resolved despite being assured someone would contact me many times. Words fail me as to the quality of your service

@Belkin Your customer service is abysmal. I was assured by Customer Services that they cancelled an order on my behalf yesterday and have just received notification it will be delivered tomorrow.

@SW_Help Hi, we were stuck at Farnham last night and had to take a taxi home as no buses. If I didn’t get a receipt, would a screenshot of my bank statement with the amount taken out suffice? We didn’t even think of it with an exhausted and very cold 6 year old to get home
