2/2 I have badly hurt my knees, and jarred my arm and back. I walked out shaken and embarrassed, was shocked at how little the staff helped.

@sainsburys I had a nasty fall in your Sainsbury’s local store, south parade, Ossett. I slipped on a sign from a shelf or ceiling which had fallen on the floor and went skidding and fell down hard on my knees. The staff didn’t mention any accident procedures I was shaken 1/2

@British_Airways @BTUK disappointing treatment of a new international student from Nigeria travelling to the Uk for the first time and @British_Airways lost one of his bags. 21 days and he has asked for compensation but has been refused saying it’s his fault! Disgusting behaviour! Sort yourselves out!!

@haven Had a bad experience early September with caravan not being deep cleaned conspicuous brown marks on bathroom door, a sock left in between sofa cushions hundreds of cigarette butts by caravan door. Offers £50 good will gesture but money never appeared!! Emails bounce back!
