i literally mean it when the desktop app is a shitshow.
awful memory management on windows especially, context menus never loading half the time until hitting ctrl+r, settings disabled by user being re-enabled after updates (i'm talking about the clipping bullshit)
and just so much more.

idk about android, but i know discord on ios sucks horribly as well, mostly with the loading of messages and media

discord's functionality is awful all-around without client tweaks. a completely reworked app on both desktop and mobile would be a great start instead of further pushing the over-priced monetization and band-aid fixes for the abysmal chrome tab of a desktop client.
