Are you a curry person? I certainly am.

One of the things I was taught to make when I was younger was Tomato chutney. Spices include cloves, star anise, mustard seeds, fenugreek and garam masala. Great way to use up your end of season tomatoes.

The Japanese Suyo cucumbers are now relish for the winter. I used to think dill relish was meh, but once I started making it myself, it's one of my favorite condiments.

This is an easy recipe and you can even use bitter cucumbers (there's a secret to it).

If you live in a farming community, you know what this is! Our local folks getting their produced judged (lots of kids!), and an antique tractor pull this weekend at our local fair.

@Nutmegbunny9 I don't have anything novel to say about it --- like others, I sift (sometimes 2x) and then I sprinkle the top with what gets sifted out to keep the fiber in the bread and make it look pretty. But nothing novel just another vote.

Chinese Eggplant are such a delight to grow. And they are tender and sweet, so they are easy to cook with.

These plants have a ton of little eggplants on them under the leaves. It's only 2 plants but they have taken over.

How are your eggplants coming along?
