#COVID19 observations... Spent today in conversation with people being asked to ‘shield’ by the #NHS as ‘high risk’...it has starkly highlighted ( in case anyone missed them ... 🤷♀️) structural inequalities that will mean certain communities bear the brunt of this crisis 1/
@MediaWiseMJ Hi Mike we looked this up for Nora and I think the answer is yes ! I’ve read the link above and I still think the answer is yes unless I’m misunderstanding . See screen shots - if you click through to apply for foreign birth register then you’ll see the option ( circled in red )
@DrBenLovell Same applies when at work , perching on a bin and need it off to protect patient confidentiality etc or because haven’t had a proper break but don’t want to miss teaching so have it on when doing other work in background which isn’t ideal but might be only way to get home
@DrBenLovell Lots of people don’t have a home set up free from other people moving about in the background /needing to interact with you etc etc and it’s embarrassing when others csitting in nice office space… to have space at home where you can sit uninterrupted really is a luxury !
Shameful behaviour from Liverpool staff @ElGatoNegroFood today, who disrupted our vigil in memory of Leonard Farruku. They ordered us to move, despite not even being on their property, and turned their outside music up so loud we could not hear one another. Very disrespectful
🕯️ VIGIL THIS MONDAY in #Liverpool🕯️ in memory of the tragic death of a man this week on Bibbys prison ship. We will be meeting outside HSBC at 1pm 1/3
@bykatewomersley Yeah I’ve seen topiramate refused by GP because person didn’t want to use contraception. They said they used condoms and would absolutely have an abortion should they become pregnant as completed their family. Still refused. Atrocious !
