Do people not understand what Twitch shared moderation and its shared ban list is?

Not sure how a 4 year Twitch streamer does not understand that if you have shared moderation and someone bans someone in a channel they get banned in other channels based on their settings...

Its how moderators coordinate removal of unwanted people from shared communities.... like the person that is complaining about the ban in this case.
