2/3 To make it more perplexing, I was told there's a massive outage in my area, yet my neighbor's #AirtelBroadband is working fine. When I tried to escalate the issue, I was left on hold for an eternity, and the promise of a callback from a higher manager never materialized. 🙁

Brought laptop on Oct15. Got msg on 19th that its out 4delivery. Bt neva received it. Talked with ur escalation managers many times 2hear false promises. Ended getting a message yesterday saying i cancelled the item!
