@Miatsf I too am effected by the sprayfoam insulation as my buyers survey states I need to have removed before they can proceed. I was sold this by a company called Warmroof in 2008. They went into Administration. It was supposed to be an investment. Removing is costing me £11000

@bmstores I used to like shopping at B&M but that has been tainted. I bought a pack of special hay for my rabbit. Sadly he died and I tried to return the hay next day with my receipt. I was told it can't be returned after 24 hr and not exchanged for something else :(

@NestleUKI I bought 2x 300g After Eigh for Christmas. I gave one away as a present and kept one for me. I resisted temptation until today as feeling low. I'm disappointed as they didn't taste fresh and when I check the pack they are all grey dusty looking on back of thins.

@bmstores Totally disgusted B&M I went to return the unopened hay I bought the other day as my rabbit died same day I couldn't use it.
I had receipt but they said no you need return on same day. This cannot be correct. This policy is wrong. MOST UPSET. St Helens retail park

@BBCMorningLive I have foam seal insulation and it is good. There are 2 different types and the problems are related to the foam sprayed on rafters as the surveyor can't check. Please don't dam all as I'm trying to sell

@BBCMorningLive Just heads up some retailers don't accept photo receipts. I went to exchange a heater I'd bought from Morrisons the previous day. I lost my receipt on route and customer service fella was very sharp and said they don't accept photo evidence which I had.
