🐿️🐱 when we got here and heard the news of there being a possibility of the show getting cancelled, we became quite spiritless
🐿️🐱 because we’d prepared a lot, from the outfits to the setlist to the dancers to the teaser
🐿️🐱 but if we went back doing nothing, we’d just become people who came to new york for nothing
🐿️🐱 and moas must’ve also been looking forward to it a lot so we were like what do we do
🐿️🐱 we had a lot of personnel come to america so we were getting updates all day long and having meetings then went to sleep and had meetings again
🐿️🐱 and the end result was today’s practice room version performance
🐿️🐱 it wasn’t central park or even something done with proper broadcasting equipment
🐿️🐱 but we’re not people who can only perform with those things
🐿️🐱 we’ve even done concerts without an audience in front of us
🐿️🐱 we were like let’s just do it exactly how we were meaning to do it, exactly how we can do it
🐿️🐱 and broadcast it on live
🐿️🐱 we were like it was supposed to be a real-time live broadcast anyway so everyone’s confident, right?
🐿️🐱 although i don’t know how much solace this brought moas who were looking forward to it…here’s hoping there will be great opportunities again next time..
🐿️🐱 our concerts won’t get cancelled so come to our concert ^.^!!
🐿️🐱 txt’s biggest strength is probably our never-changing mindset of always wanting to do our best
🐿️🐱 all of us were out of breath, panting
🐿️🐱 although it was only about 5? songs, we poured our all into the five songs so we were out of breath
🐿️🐱 going forward as well, we’ll work hard so you never regret becoming a moa!!
🐿️🐱 please show lots of support to our next album and tour too!!

Dear Global Citizens,

Due to the extreme weather forecast for New York City this weekend, we have made the difficult decision, in consultation with the City of New York and NYC Parks,
to cancel this year’s Global Citizen Festival.

Forecasts predict dangerous conditions and circumstances in which we cannot safely bring tens of thousands of Global Citizens, artists, crew, vendors, partners, and staff onto the Great Lawn, let alone all of the equipment required. Safety has to come first. This is the first time in 14 years we’ve had to cancel. We have spent this week working through countless contingencies, which were ultimately not possible, and cancelling is a decision we have not taken lightly.
