@reliancejio I placed order on 2 March in Jaipur for 302020 pin code location. Till date not yet installed now I placed cancellation request 15+ days back but not yet cancelled and refunded. None of the team members not taking my call and not responding on email and WhatsApp.

I escalated same with #razorpay if they are able to track this fraud.
