ive been having the most awful anxiety recently, panic attacks before work, during work, in the shower, before bed. I thought taking my pill before bed would help prevent me from being tired during the day, but it didnt. Turns out I was taking too much melatonin. Ordered a lower dose, going back to taking meds in the morning, so its the strongest during the day, and prevents me from having really weird vivid dreams (side effect) sorry for the lack of posts and interactions, especially with my friends on here. Should have a post soon.. getting so tired of shaving. I hope my hairs really thin out on Estrogen when I start in October. Good things coming soon I hope
