I used to think it was important to have lots of likes, comments, and views on a post, and that it got a lot of retweets. But all of that put me under a lot of pressure, and I gradually lost the joy of being on ARMYtwt and posting anything. I kept thinking, "Why doesn't my post have as many likes as other ARMYs'? Did I do something wrong? Am I not important?" These were the kinds of thoughts I had, and even worse ones. It got so bad that I completely lost the joy of writing and withdrew more and more from ARMYtwt. I stopped writing about BTS or my biases (Jin Hoba & Tae). I hid everything because I no longer felt comfortable posting. I also distanced myself from other ARMYs on ARMYtwt because I didn't want to bother them with my presence. However, after several long conversations with two good friends who are very important to me (@Glcin75094065 & @Kittykatherz), I realized that having fun here on ARMYtwt doesn't depend on whether my posts get a lot of likes or comments. It's not important to have a large, viral account, or for your posts to get lots of likes or go viral (of course, I'm happy when a post that means a lot to someone is seen and shared by many ARMYs, and when people can interact with each other in the comments, but that's not what I'm saying). What I mean is, to have fun here on ARMYtwt and feel comfortable, just post what you enjoy and what you want to share with other ARMYs. The ARMYs who like your post will interact with it by liking, retweeting, and maybe even leaving a comment. I know that nowadays it's become increasingly important for many ARMYs to have a large account with lots of followers, likes, and views, but that's not important to me and never will be. I'm happy to have a small account here with the Moots who enjoy writing and interacting with me, who like my posts, and who share them so more ARMYs see them. Of course, I'm happy to meet every new ARMY I get to know here on ARMYtwt, but it's no longer important to me to get lots of likes or for my posts to go viral. The ARMYs who like my posts will interact with them, leave a like, and maybe even a comment now and then. I don't want to be influenced by likes and numbers anymore, because they're not important! For me, it's important that I feel comfortable here, that I have fun, that I enjoy meeting new ARMYs and exchanging ideas with them about BTS and everything BTS presents and gives us, without worrying about how to create the next viral post. Therefore, I want to return to where I still enjoyed writing posts, where I wrote posts I loved sharing with ARMYs, and where I didn't focus on numbers. The world is already bad and stressful enough these days, so I at least want some peace and quiet here on ARMYtwt. I also want my posts to make other ARMYs happy and bring a smile to their faces when they see them. I want them to feel comfortable on my account, to have a good time there, and to forget about everyday life for a moment. With the BTS videos I upload, I want to make ARMYs happy and give them something to smile about. Or if they're sad or going through a tough time, I want them to have something that comforts them and gives them strength again. That's important to me, and that's what I want my account to represent. It should be a kind of safe place for ARMYs. I also want to thank all the ARMYs who interact with my posts, who like them, and who occasionally leave a like or even a comment—that's really kind of you.💜
