Naleku is my first foster baby through @SheldrickTrust In the USA, you can foster one of their rescues for $50 per year - not sure what the fee is in other countries. When Naleku graduated from the Nairobi Nursery to the Ithumba Reintegration Unit, I cried a little with joy.

Today, she is working her way back to the wild at our Ithumba Reintegration Unit, where she is - rather relentlessly, it must be said - trying establish herself as a nanny of note. Luckily, visiting ex-orphans generously grant the young girl permission to look after their babies.
