It says a lot about @HotpointSupport customer satisfaction when there’s a recorded message to say that verbal abuse is not tolerated. I totally agree, it shouldn’t be tolerated but ask yourself, if you improved your service/products would it be needed? #hotpointuk

@HotpointSupport No, that’s not what I asked for. I have spoken to 5 of your agents at your main contact centre. Additionally, I have wasted a number of hours on here trying to get a satisfactory response. Why does @HotpointSupport purposely make it so difficult? @BBCWatchdog

@HotpointSupport No, thanks, I won’t be DM’ing. Now I understand why people are angered when dealing with @HotpointSupport. I want to speak to someone, not customer services, about a technical fault with my oven but that’s impossible. You don’t have a complaints department either? Why is this?

@HotpointSupport My oven is 2 years old & the heating element has blown again. That’s twice now & because it’s out of warranty, you expect me to pay for a repair. This is unacceptable. How long should I expect your oven parts to last?
