@JioCare @DoT_India plz help me with this. Jio didn't even install the FTTH connection, they cancelled the order after by complaint about staff filthy behavior. Still they didn't refund my amount. How is customer interest protected?

@NammaBESCOM hi BESCOM, paid my (ac# 4686970448) bill of Rs 2362 thru gpay (upi transfer # 509574139551) on 5 Apr 2025. The amount got deducted but the page didn't refresh back to payment confirmation page. Hence the amount is showing pending. Plz clear off the account
