Shocking customer service @eonenergyuk absolutely shocking. Won’t talk to me about the money you’re charging me after changing suppliers but are happy to tell me I owe money and kept me on the phone for 45mins with an incompetent Advisor! Ridiculous!!!

@piersmorgan 8% isn’t an accurate stat for antibodies being present because the majority of us haven’t had the antibody tests. It isn’t available to everyone unless people want to pay for it 🤷🏽‍♀️

@ChrisHughes25 @loveholidays Only recieved the hotel money for holiday in May 2 days ago - but they have not yet refunded me the flight money and in all emails have not acknowledged the flight costs. So am arguing with them. Only took 3 months to get the hotel money back 🤷🏽‍♀️

@katie_conquest @loveholidays Spoke to them in May for my holiday that was cancelled in May...only the part for hotel was refunded so far(wasn’t much) and only received that 2 days ago. Fighting for the flight refund and @loveholidays are not replying to DM’s. You will get your hotel ££ but will take a while.

@loveholidays Still waiting...not had an acknowledgent of my PM’s. Absolute disgrace, shit customer services and now going to take legal action. You cannot justify keeping customers money unlawfully. Absolute joke!!! Nobody use @loveholidays to book their holiday unless you want to lose ££

@loveholidays just as I expected, i was asked to send a private message in relation to my holiday refund - have fone so and it’s been ignored!!! Do not use this company in future to book your holidays people!!! They’re a joke and the after sales is non existant 🤬
