Education is one of the most important things that can transform this nation.

We have a very high number of people in the country who lack access to proper education, and if we truly want to progress, we must declare a state of emergency on education.

And when I talk about education, I don’t mean that everyone must be a university graduate. Education goes beyond having a degree. A lot of people are still not educated to a basic level; some don’t even know how to read or write. This is one of the things holding us back as a nation.

I am currently working on a project that I believe can contribute to changing the future of education in Nigeria.

Faith can be seen as a scam. Asking someone to pray and believe in something can be a certain type of psychological tactic.

When you genuinely believe that something will work, your brain naturally starts looking for ways to make it happen. That belief can motivate you to try harder, notice opportunities, and find solutions that you might otherwise overlook.

When someone tells you, “Have faith in this prayer,” maybe what they may indirectly be telling you is pray, believe that it will work, and then go out and do what you physically need to do to make it happen. 😂

A lot of what we call spirituality is also intertwined with the physical world. Our actions will produce real life consequences.

So sometimes, what appears to be spiritual may also have a psychological and behavioral explanation. Maybe faith doesn’t necessarily move the mountain by itself it can make you believe strongly enough that you start looking for a way to move it yourself.

If Nigeria was founded by a Nigerian, and I was one of the founding fathers, one of the strategies I would have used to ensure unity would be simple:

I would bring in two bishops from Rome and two imams from Saudi Arabia to preach against marrying within your own tribe.

I’d spread propaganda that marrying someone from your own tribe is an abomination. Just like genotype, you’d be taught from a young age that marrying someone directly associated with your tribe is “bad.”

Although you could marry a mixed person, you would not be allowed to marry someone directly associated with a particular tribe. I would even write it into law that marrying within the same tribe was illegal.

By the time we had all married into different tribes, the issue of tribalism would have largely been resolved.

Then perhaps our biggest problem would narrow down to religion which, of course, would require another strategy
