Ukraine's Navy says it struck the Russian frigate Admiral Essen in Novorossiysk overnight on September 9 using a Neptune missile. The frigate is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles. The strike was conducted together with other components of Ukraine's Defense Forces as part of attacks on Russian military infrastructure in Novorossiysk.
