@WallStreetApes $300 million in Chapter 90 funds spread out across 351 towns doesn’t go very far with the cost of road projects. Even less if you buy equipment with it. A full size dump truck set up with a spreader and plow can cost $350k. For some it’s the only way they get new equipment.
