According to sources close to OVO, the Recording Academy recently reached out to both Drake and Universal Music Group about submitting ‘ICEMAN,’ ‘HABITI,’ and ‘MAID OF HONOR’ for Grammy consideration. Drake is reportedly not interested in taking part, as he allegedly still has no interest in the Grammys or the overall awards system.

Despite that, UMG is said to be continuing efforts to push the albums for submission, reportedly causing friction between both sides and even sparking talks of possible legal action from Drake.
