After the entire staff was pulled to watch Lehman run, they were all in shock. The decision was easy. Lehman had the OU offer before he left camp that afternoon.

Lehman would go on to be one of the best linebackers in OU history, winning both the Butkus and Bednarik Awards, along with being a two-time All American.
