In Rajasthan’s MGGS, we teach students the nuances of the Future Tense, while our own careers remain trapped in an Indefinite Present Continuous! 📚⏳

The irony is truly Shakespearean:
• The Credentials: REET-qualified, pedagogically trained, with 3+ years of rigorous classroom experience building Rajasthan’s 'World-Class' English schools.
• The Administrative Reality: In the secretariat's vocabulary, the word 'Permanent' is treated like an extinct Latin noun or a mythical folklore!

Under the 2022 framework, a 3-year timeline was codified for transition to regular service. Yet, our files seem to be aging slower than continental drift while our service clocks tick past October 2026.

How do we explain 'cause and effect' to our pupils when 3 years of dedicated service still equates to zero service security?

We respectfully petition the Hon’ble Chief Minister @BhajanlalBjp & Chief Secretary: Please resolve this bureaucratic oxymoron. Regularize eligible MGGS teachers before our retirement certificates arrive ahead of the regularization order!

संविदा शिक्षक बरसों से अल्प मानदेय में सेवा दे रहे हैं जिन्हें नाममात्र मानदेय के अलावा कोई बेनीफिट नहीं मिलता ,नियमितीकरण की सारी शर्तें पूरी करने के बावजूद फाइल पता नहीं कहां अटकी हुई है ,इस दिवाली नियमितीकरण की सौगात दिलाने में सहायक बने कब होगा नियमितीकरण??? @BhajanlalBjp

*राजस्थान कॉन्ट्रैक्चुअल रूल्स 2022: सेवा अवधि पूर्ण होने के उपरांत भी सहायक शिक्षकों के नियमितीकरण का रास्ता अवरुद्ध क्यों?*
*असिस्टेंट टीचर्स यूनियन आॅफ राजस्थान* का नीतिगत पक्ष एवं ध्यानाकर्षण:
नियम व शिथिलता: 'राजस्थान कॉन्ट्रैक्चुअल हायरिंग टू सिविल पोस्ट्स रूल्स, 2022' के तहत 5 वर्ष की सेवा शर्त में 2 वर्ष की आधिकारिक छूट प्रदान की गई थी। इसके अनुसार 3 वर्ष की सेवा पूर्ण होने पर नियमितीकरण का स्पष्ट प्रावधान है।
तथ्यात्मक समयसीमा:
इस प्रक्रिया के तहत अंतिम पदस्थापन: जुलाई–अगस्त 2023
वर्तमान समय: अक्टूबर 2026
मौजूदा स्थिति: निर्धारित 3 वर्ष की कार्य-अवधि पूर्ण हो चुकी है, किंतु पात्रता रखने वाले संविदा सहायक शिक्षकों के नियमित कैडर में समायोजन की प्रक्रिया अभी तक धरातल पर शुरू नहीं हो सकी है।
प्रशासन एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों से विनम्र प्रश्न:
जब नियम पूर्व-निर्धारित हैं और कार्मिकों ने निष्ठापूर्वक अपना कार्यकाल पूर्ण कर लिया है, तो फिर इस विधिक प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण करने में और कितना समय लगेगा? संविदा के अनिश्चित भविष्य के बीच शिक्षक गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा की जिम्मेदारी निभा रहे हैं।
शासन से निवेदन है कि 3 वर्ष पूर्ण कर चुके समस्त संविदा सहायक शिक्षकों की स्क्रीनिंग व नियमितीकरण संबंधी अग्रिम विभागीय प्रक्रिया को नियमानुसार गति दी जाए।
