@LaRedouteUK put on order through and seen I’ve been charged twice, once on PayPal and once through my card - how can I go about getting one of these amount last refunded?

@boohoo_cshelp put and order through on work credit card, but it didn't work. So put it through via PayPal and it went through. Received my parcel and now seen I've been charged twice (work card and PayPal account) I need a refund for the PayPal account please.

@DragonPassInt such a stress and hassle. Received my dragonpass card and registered my membership, but get to the lounge at Heathrow and the cards don't work. Tried to go through the app - doesn't work. Tried to call - doesn't work. Tried to email - doesn't work. So disappointed

@HMRCcustomers I have been trying back to back since Friday, I just can't get through. I have sent a letter in the post to log as well. Is there any online form I can fill out or email? The amount is concerning, it is from tax year 1997, and has randomly appeared on my account - its suspicious

@HMRCcustomers trying one more time. I have an overdue payment on my account that is not mine. When I try to pay my tax for 20-21 it tries to pay this overdue amount that is not mine. I refuse to pay this incase I do not get it back. Please can someone advise how to remove

@HMRCcustomers Is this an option when you go through the whole payment process? I am more than happy to pay my tax for 20-21 but I don't want it to contribute to this odd amount and the finances get messy on my account

@HMRCcustomers I'm trying to tweet again, as I didn't get a response back last night. There are irregularities on my account: There is a an overdue amount from 1997 showing and everything I try to only pay my tax, it tries to pay the overdue amount first. Really desperate, help!

@HMRCcustomers I have a particular payment due for my tax return. This is correct and I have the funds to pay this. However an overdue amount has suddenly appeared on my account from 1997. I only started my business in 2014 and I would have been 5 in 1997. Any payment I make goes yo the overdue

@curryspcworld I'm utterly appalled that my issue has still not been resolved. I am now awaiting a £50 voucher as a goodwill feature to finally get my laptop ready for teaching, get the code and it doesnt even work! Why cant this be resolved. I am so disappointed.

@curryspcworld I am usually very lenient, and I know it's very busy, but I have now waited a month for my delivery. I called on Friday and told it will be here before Christmas. Called again today and apparently it hasnt ever processed! I am a teacher and in desperate need! Help!
