@JDhelpteam order placed on December 3rd - still "processing" all containing items for my childrens xmas. no update, no real meaningful update from customer service. I feel my kids are going to have a rubbish xmas... since u have take then money for the majority of their gifts.

@JDhelpteam No progress on my orders placed on 3rd December! i email customer service asking for an update. I get a copy and paste reply asking for the order number and address which i already supplied - twice!!! infuriating lack of customer service. shocking -
