@GrindTimeSlimm@djtischner@TheVolumeSports and i’m not discrediting orlando for beating chicago in 1995 but that was the season jordan didn’t play all of before coming back midway through. the next year where jordan was back for good, the bulls SWEPT orlando
@GrindTimeSlimm@djtischner@TheVolumeSports stockton literally hit a buzzer beating 3 against that same rockets team just 2 short years later to propel utah to the finals the first time against the bulls
@Harvvv_ nah. they got the bulls in 95 when jordan wasn’t there the whole year and was still rather rusty. the next year in the conference final, penny and shaqs magic got swept. it was so bad that shaq ran to the lakers lol
@MattReilly01 @YoungAdobo4 his showing up this series in atlanta, with the odds all stacked against the mets, was a fluke like you’re insinuating it’s gonna prove to be.
@MattReilly01 @YoungAdobo4 because he’s been a great hitter in the past and although his struggles have been infuriating, who’s to say he’s really THAT incapable of batting .270-80 while having a .790 ops from here on out? thats not out of the realm of possibility for him. i’m gonna need convincing that..
@MattReilly01 @YoungAdobo4 and in marte nd mcneil’s absence, he just popped tf off in the clutch in the biggest series up to this point this season. there’s reason to believe he could find a groove here and that this series was what he needed to propel him on said all star-esq stretch of 100 games
